Do We Need Visions and Missions When We Have Values?

In a book about leadership and organisational management, it is impossible to skip the concepts of vision and mission. It is however not something that has been given a lot of space in my conversations with Pascal. At the school, it is their three beliefs, principles or values, yes, loved children have many names, that are in focus. The question I have come to ask myself is: Are visions and missions needed when one builds an organisation on values?
