How to Establish a Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE)
A business license is always required to complete the registration of a WOFE. The date of establishment of the enterprise is the date of the issuance of the business license. It’s only after the application for such a license has been approved that the registration is successfully completed. The whole process usually takes at least 4 months but, depending on the company’s business scope, investment amount, timely and accurate submission of the required documents it may take up to a year.
