Until recently, Sari Crevin was a human resources manager with the Xbox division of Microsoft. By night, she ran Booginhead, a marketer of baby accessories.1 Instead of having to abandon her corporate career for entrepreneurship, or vice versa, she was able to do both, as her lattice allowed her a long runway to get Booginhead off the ground.
