Saving Leftover Paint

When painting, try mixing up the leftover paint for other projects. You can store the paint in various containers, such as plastic food containers, mason jars, or even cups with plastic wrap and a rubber band around them. Some artists even reuse empty paint bottles to store their paints.

Mix your paint in any thickness you like and store it for later use. Pour directly from the condiment container, or pour the paint into a cup, check the consistency, and prepare your pour.
