Creating Cells

The bubbles and patterns you see in poured artwork are called “cells.” You can use a few products to create cells, including liquid silicone or dimethicone, rubbing alcohol, and Floetrol (pouring medium). Each product reacts differently to paint, so it will require some trial and error to discover how to make cells in your artwork, as well as which product(s) you prefer.
