What Is the Reality?

Leadership is not an ideology … it is a reality! And the reality is that leadership has been severely disrupted. I would go out on a limb to say that our leaders are failing us. The question is why might this be?

My experience points to, leaders are not being developed in the fundamentals of good leadership practice, that is, ethical values, empathic communication, positive conflict, and personal commitment.
