Luke used Skype, an Internet communication tool, to stay in touch with his sales teams and leaders. Since the 9/11 terrorist attack, when travel had became not only much more expensive but also more frustrating and time-consuming due to increased security protocols, Luke’s company had been using Skype with great success.
