In beginning the journey to empowerment, it is important to remember that all three keys are crucial for effectively creating a culture of empowerment. Information sharing sets the stage for change, while boundaries provide the framework for acting with autonomy. What is missing, to truly get the journey going, is a mechanism that uses human interaction to provide the direction and support needed to best use and develop the talents that people have and will acquire.
