Modifying a Chart in Microsoft Graph
To modify a chart, use a program called Microsoft Graph. It's a mini-program that all the Microsoft Office products (such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) share.
To open your chart in Microsoft Graph for modifications, follow these steps:
Open the database that contains the chart and click the Reports tab of the Database window.
Click the chart you want to modify, then click the Design button. The report opens in Design view.
Double-click the chart. Microsoft Graph opens, with your chart displayed (see Figure 23.6).
