Importing Models and Designs

In this chapter, we look at answers to the common question, “What if I need more shapes?” As we have seen in earlier chapters, Tinkercad has an extensive collection of shapes that we can manipulate to create unique 3D models and designs, from vases to vises or other real-world prototype solutions. But at times, you may find that there just isn’t a shape to meet a specific need or one to enhance your design in the way you are looking to achieve. We will look at how to address these challenges in this chapter through the following topics:
