A New Classroom Approach
This is the first of four chapters that will introduce various approaches to redesigning ABC Company’s existing classroom-based new hire sales training program, beginning with a traditional classroom approach in this chapter. Chapters 5, 6, and 7 will address three other delivery methodologies: asynchronous; synchronous; and, finally, a blend of all four primary delivery mediums.
