Dr. Richard Sheng (Sheng Shi Fan) was selected for the 11th group for the National Thousand Talent Program and the 4th group for the Shanghai Thousand Talent Program.
He has two Doctoral degrees from the United States Pepperdine University and Northcentral University, in Institutional Management and Engineering and Technology Management respectively.
