MSN Messenger
Online chat-aholics have nothing to worry about on the Mac. MSN Messenger, the instant-messaging program, is alive and well in an OS X version that you can download from www.microsoft.com/mac. Like AOL Instant Messenger, described earlier in this chapter, you don’t even have to worry about your carefully assembled buddy list. From the instant you start up MSN Messenger for OS X, you’ll see your buddy list in place (because the list is actually stored on the Internet, not on your computer).
