Voice of the Customer (VoC) is a process for gathering information about your customers’ expectations, preferences, dislikes, and overall experience. There are several ways to gather this information, including directly through the sales team, focus groups, surveys, or shows and exhibits. This process captures feedback from your customers and potential customers. Some of it can be positive feedback and some could be in the form of complaints.
