The Sustainable Quality Model
I believe there is a new holistic way to look at quality. It starts by building a strong foundation. You need a solid foundation as your base to build and grow your quality strategy. I believe that foundation should be a culture of quality. You need to develop a culture that truly embraces what you are trying to build. On top of that foundation, you need to create vision. You need a roadmap to show where you are going, with clear goals and objectives to get you there. You cannot expect anyone to follow you if they do not know where you are going.
