INTRODUCTION: RELATIONSHIPS ARE OUR MOST IMPORTANT ASSET

OK, let’s get this out of the way. It’s pronounced Z’vee. It should be pronounced Tsvi as it’s spelled in Hebrew, but my parents decided to give me the really sweet Z as a first letter. (Yes, the name is Israeli. I was born in Boston.)

I’m an introvert. There’s a high likelihood you are, too, given what we’ve learned about relationship-driven professionals. I’m such an extreme introvert that during my freshman year of university, I seriously considered going back to my parents’ home every weekend just to avoid talking to people (don’t cry for me, I ended up having a ton of fun for four years).
