THE PREVIOUS CHAPTERS discussed the development and alignment of two vital intangible assets—human capital and information capital—to strategic internal processes. To complement this alignment of competencies and technologies, executives must also develop organization capital (see Figure 10-1), defined as the ability of the organization to mobilize and sustain the process of change required to execute the strategy.
