Organizational Structure
Constellation appears to operate from a divisional-by-product type organizational structure, but there is no chief operating officer, chief strategy officer, chief technology officer, R&D officer, chief information officer, or chief marketing officer. The company’s organizational chart is depicted in Exhibit 1.
