SATA Role of Project Manager and Task SPAs
The following SATA roles were created while working with a research and design group to clarify the qualities and behaviors essential for a successful project manager and employees assigned action items (SPA) on the project.
The goal was to work in accordance with SATA to align the organization to their projects and ensure success. Written for large cross-functional, mission-critical projects, these principles can and should be adjusted to any size organization.
