Force Field Analysis
This appendix provides a simplified version of Force Field Analysis by Kurt Lewin. Lewin is known as “the practical theorist.” This theory applies to many situations. I use it when problem solving or to aid in project or major initiative planning. Lewin pulls from physics to provide a simple frame for any problem. Figure 34 is a graphic of the theory and what follows is how to present it.
