Group-to-Group Conflict

Almost all workplaces are interconnected, whether they recognize it or not. Yet most spend little or no time aligning, maintaining, and improving the connections to ensure effective cross-work relationships. Nor do many have continuing conversations to ensure each group has what they need, when they need it, to be successful. Most groups depend on others to provide the materials, information, tools, and resources to do their jobs. Rarely are all inputs to one’s job self-contained within their group.
