Most entrepreneurs lack the know-how to turn their idea into a billion dollar company. A well-running Startup Common fills that know-how gap through corporate and individual mentoring.

As illustrated in Figure 6-1, mentors help companies with strategy, finance, people, and product. Individual mentoring helps people with basic needs, such as housing, network building, coaching, skill building, and career growth.
