XSL Features
Whether it’s XSL formatting objects or XSL transformations, the procedure for creating and processing XSL is the same. You create a style sheet containing rules that indicate how to process the parts of your XML document. The style sheet can be associated with an XML document in one of two ways:
By referencing a static style sheet directly in the XML document instance
By generating the style sheet dynamically and applying it to the document instance
