The first occurrence of a term in the book which is defined in the glossary is preceded by an arrow “→”. Terminology that has already been defined in »Software Testing Foundations« [Spillner 07] will not be repeated here. Refer to [URL: ISTQB Glossary] for an up-to-date version of the ISTQB glossary.1
