10.1 Individual Skills
The “perfect” member of a test team has excellent knowledge and comprehensive experience in several domains: he possesses profound IT expertise; has knowledge about, and experience in, the application domain of the application or test object under test; brings with him a thorough professional qualification in software testing; and has high social competency.
