Chapter 13 Software Quality Assurance Plan

13.1 Introduction
This chapter is devoted to the use of concepts and practices presented in this book to implement a software quality assurance plan (SQAP). Figure 13.1, adapted from Daniel Galin's house of software quality, connects all of the book's concepts as components that must come together to achieve software quality.
Before diving into the development of a SQAP, it is worth reviewing the definition of SQA as described in the following text box.
