Each of the research-based elements of the Framework for Facilitation is discussed in the chapters that follow starting with Chapter 4, Organization and Planning. Chapter 4 draws together pertinent issues reviewed in the first two chapters of the book into a series of questions that can be used by the facilitator in organizing and planning facilitated groups. Chapter 5 moves into the inner cycle and discusses communication; Chapter 6, task; and Chapter 7, relationships and climate.
