Performance Analytics

In order to provide better trending functionality, ServiceNow offers Performance Analytics as an additional service. It provides a more capable system to define and report on key performance indicators, especially around processes analysis.

A version of Performance Analytics is available for free for Incident Management. It does not allow you to create new indicators, and is restricted in how much data it keeps. To unlock its potential and use it for other apps, such as hotel apps, extra licenses are needed.
