Analyzing Service System Responses to Unsettled Times
Introduction
In the previous chapter, using national media datasets, we reported three case study examples of unsettled times. The types of disruption generated and responses arising were considered on an individual case study basis, at a macro- and meso-level. These case studies were chosen to exemplify the unsettled times which might arise as a consequence of environmental and climatic conditions; conditions which we indicated in Chapter 1 are central to this book.
