ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Clayton M. Christensen is the Robert and Jane Cizik Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. He holds a joint appointment in the Technology and Operations Management and General Management faculty groups. His research and teaching interests center on the management of technological innovation and finding new markets for new technologies. Prior to joining the HBS faculty, Christensen served as Chairman and President of CPS Corporation, a materials science firm he cofounded with several MIT professors. He was also a White House Fellow in the administration of President Ronald Reagan, and was a member of the staff of the Boston Consulting Group.
