4.7. Summary
As the demand on Web services grows, the infrastructure of websites and the Internet should have enough capacity to handle changes in demand and maintain the quality of service. In this chapter, we analyzed many issues related to the infrastructure to support electronic businesses. A summary of the main issues follows.
