How to BUILD Relationships Using Face

IVE NEVER UNDERSTOOD “Open House” for-sale signs. Don’t get me wrong. I’ve gone to open houses for many reasons—to get design ideas for remodeling our own home, to get a better idea of the neighborhood and the type of homes in the area, or just out of pure curiosity. Of course, I’ve also gone to open houses when I’m in the market for a new home. But curiously enough, as I suspect with most people, I’ve never bought a home after passing an “Open House” sign and deciding to turn in and have a look. If you think about it, though, maybe it’s not that curious.
