Drilling Within Reports
So far in this chapter, you have explored many meaningful ways to analyze data in reports, including sorts, breaks, calculations, filters, and ranking. With multidimensional analysis and drilling, you look at the same data but from different viewpoints. The viewpoints may be from different levels of detail by drilling down, or from different dimensions by drilling across.
