CHAPTER 18Report-Based Analysis and Formatting
The previous chapter introduced how to interact with Web Intelligence documents using the web viewer. You learned how to open, view, refresh, navigate, print, schedule, and export Web Intelligence documents.
This chapter describes how to further explore data within an existing report to make it more meaningful. Such analysis can range from viewing information in a different block style (such as a table, crosstab, or chart), to re-sorting, adding breaks and calculations, ranking, filtering, and drilling down into the details. These report-based analysis techniques are helpful to both report consumers and power users.
