There are other critical components in Dynamics CRM. These include types of data such as an account that is marked as a prospect versus an account that is marked as a client.
What Is a Prospect?
A prospect is a potential client or customer who has usually been qualified through at least one conversation or a salesperson’s researched effort. A Prospect entity is a type of Account entity and is generally created when a lead has been converted to an Account entity, a Contact entity, or optionally an Opportunity entity.
