Key Building Blocks
If we compare Microsoft Dynamics CRM to a brick house, the entities within Microsoft Dynamics CRM are the bricks, or building blocks. Each block can stand on its own and represents a specific thing (in this example, a brick). When put together, these bricks enable us to create a completely different structure—a tree, a house, tower, fireplace, or school.
