It’s not that the subject of this book is spreadsheet work, rather than sales forecasting. However, since the daily work and nuts and bolts of sales forecasting tends to be with spreadsheets, it’s hard to imagine this book without this chapter. Let’s look at some specific spreadsheet fine points that will help. I’m going to try to put this in the same order these fine points appeared in the book, by referencing the figures in which they first come up.
