Arms, Elbows, and Clavicles: Single-Chain, Triple-Chain with Wrist Twist (SDK or Cluster)

I have such fun with arms that I think we should highlight a few ways to do them. There are a few methods around—some old, some new. The wing of the bird in this case is given bones pretty much like an arm, so it will have a similar setup (ignoring the concept of the feathers for now). Also, to make things a little simpler, I have added in some very basic shapes for the wing, hid the original low poly version and un-parented all the feather joints and hid them, too ( chpt12_ Marv_bird_RIG_v11.mb).
