The digital darkroom—Lightroom and Photoshop—is where we can check, rescue, enhance and play with our exposures. It’s also were we can create HDR images and play with plug-ins. I will cover all those topics in this chapter, starting with a properly exposed image I made of my friend Minyoung in my home studio. A smoke machine was used to create the smoke—which set off the fire alarm in my home. That will not happen again—because the next time I use a smoke machine I will deactivate the fire alarm.
