Our Technology
In addition to the changes in our understanding of individuals and organizations, we're also seeing changes in the technologies we have to capitalize on. While some of them aren't that new, they have applications in L&D that we're largely not seeing. To take advantage of them, we have to understand them. We have to cut through any hype and ascertain the ways in which these new technologies can be used to support performance.
More importantly, we need to align the technology we use with how we think and perform and how we work and play together. That means reconsidering the technology we use in order to take advantage of new applications that support our performance, our learning, our communication, and our collaboration.
