Projects in Germany and the USA

Introduction

Low energy retrofit is clearly a subject of global relevance. International exchange of knowledge and information is, however, in its very early stages. The German Passivhaus Standard has proved particularly transferable. While in-use data are hard to obtain, there appear to be some high achieving non-domestic retrofit projects in Germany using the Passivhaus Standard.
