Practice Community Councils
Why do this: Whenever something happens in the community that disrupts or causes harm, that event or individual’s behavior is explored as community. Individuals are not singled out for blame and punishment. It’s assumed that individual aberrant behavior is a lens for the community—something failed in the community that is reflected in the individual. There are important learnings for the entire community.
