Practice The Pause That Refreshes
Why do this: We want to see more clearly. To see more, we have to consciously recognize and clear our filters. The easiest way to see our filters is to notice what triggers us. Once we become aware that we’ve been triggered, we can choose a different response.
How to do this: Whenever you’re triggered in a conversation, situation, or group, follow these steps:
