Practice Seeing the Familiar with New Eyes

Why do this: There are many methods for expanding our perceptions—any of them can create the stark realization of how little we see as we go through our days and lives. Here is a practice to see more of what we thought we knew well. Expect to be surprised and even delighted at what you discover. Curiosity opens us to a world of possibilities, freed of habitual perceptions, judgments, and biases.

How to do this:
