In Chapter 8, we discussed IT technologies from data centers to printers. In this chapter, we will assess your capabilities around these IT technologies. Your list of technologies will be your starting point for this assessment. As a reminder, this same list is an important foundational element for your BC plan's BIA as well as for any TBM initiative you may initiate, so the work can be leveraged in several ways.
