Assessing Your Portfolio of Relationships
AS WITH ANY GOOD STRATEGY, REMIXING RESOURCES starts by identifying your options. Every decision you face will have trade-offs among the choices. The chapters that follow will show you in detail how to use the three laws to make these choices. Before you can apply these laws, however, you need to assess what kinds of combinations are available to you.
This assessment requires two steps. First, you need to examine the range of combinations that you currently have and might choose in future deals.
