N. Unnikrishnan Nair – Dr. N. Unnikrishnan Nair was Professor of Statistics and Vice Chancellor of the Cochin University of Science and Technology, India. He was also President of the Indian Society for Probability and Statistics. He received Honorary Doctor of Human Letters from Juniata College, USA. His research interest are reliability analysis, distribution theory and statistical inference and has published over hundred and fifty research papers in international journals.
