Quantifying the Reliability Models

Abstract

This chapter deals with various aspects of quantification of the models addressed in Chapters 7 and 8. It explains quantifying and applying diagnostic coverage to the models as well as the benefits of partial stroke testing. Other quantification areas are FMEA and Human Error. The technique of simulation is explained and details are given of the available packages.
