Inductive influence of high-voltage and extra-high voltage lines on surrounding metal installations
Abstract
The presented methodology enables the determination of the inductive influence of high-voltage (HV) or extra-high voltage (EHV) lines on nearby metal installation in urban surroundings, where many relevant data, as well known, are uncertain, or completely unknown. The problem appears as a consequence of the fact that many surrounding metal installations are situated underground and cannot be visually determined or verified.
