8 Working with Data Is a Polyphonic and Future-Forming Endeavour
Introduction
To set the scene for this final chapter, I’ll take a trip down memory lane. A few years ago, I travelled to a beautiful Greek island. I remember myself at a resort with the most amazing weather; the wind is warm and mild, crickets chirp, the sun shines from a clear blue sky, and I have that relaxed and content feeling about how wonderful life is on a Greek island. I am here to attend a conference held just before summer vacation. On the second day of the conference, just after having enjoyed a cup of coffee on the terrace looking over the turquoise rolling water, there is a plenary in one of the big ballrooms.
